HOURS

The Reed-Custer High School Media Center is open each day that school is in session during the regular school year. The hours are as follows:

 

 

Monday -Thursday

7:00 - 3:30

 

Friday

7:00 - 3:00

On early dismissal days or staff development days, the Media Center closes at the end of the students' school day.

CIRCULATION

The Media Center's automated circulation system requires student ID cards to check-out any materials.

LOCATING MATERIALS & INFORMATION

The RCHS Media Center uses the Follett automation system which provides access to all materials in the high school collection. The system allows the user to search for all types of materials which are cataloged in the system including print materials, audiovisual materials, videos, software, and periodical titles.

 

The Media Center has Macintosh computers for student use. The computers serve multiple functions allowing access to Internet, magazine/newspaper indexing, online database searching, word processing, and other functions.
