COMET WRESTLERS 3-24-11: All-State / All-Academic Wrestlers Congratulations to the following Comet Wrestlers for being honored as All-State Wrestlers:
Also Senior Luke Vandermyde has been named to the Academic All-State Team by the Illinois Wrestling Coaches and Officials Association. To be eligible for this honor an athlete needs to have a GPA of 3.75 or above and the recommendation of the coaches. 2-20-11: Comet Wrestlers Results from State The Comets advanced four grapplers out of the Plano Sectional to head to the State Tournament. 2-12-11: Three Sectional Champions; Four Advance to State The Comets advanced four grapplers out of the Plano Sectional to head to the State Tournament. As a team, the Comets finished in third place.
